How We Handle Enquiry Data

When you send an enquiry through our contact or quote forms, or contact us by phone or email, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and a description of the work you need. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to provide a quote and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work.

• Lawful basis: we process your enquiry in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries.
• Who processes it: the business itself, and Digital Five (our website and enquiry provider), whose systems deliver and archive the enquiry so it is not lost. Enquiry messages are delivered by email (via Postmark) and held in a Digital Five archive.
• Retention: we keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and then for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.
• Sharing: we do not sell your information, and we only share it where needed to deliver the service you asked for or where the law requires it.
