Which driveway surface lasts longest?

Block paving and resin bound both give a long-lasting, low-maintenance finish when laid on a proper base. Gravel is the most economical and drains freely. We will talk you through the trade-offs for your drive when we quote.

Do I need planning permission for a new driveway?

A permeable surface such as resin bound or gravel that drains on site usually does not need planning permission. A non-permeable surface over five square metres that drains to the road may. We will flag anything to check when we survey.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Bracknell and cover the wider Berkshire & Surrey area, including Woking, Cobham, Henley-on-Thames, Guildford, Windsor and Ascot. If you are just outside these towns, get in touch and we will let you know.

Do you take away the old driveway?

Yes. Excavation, removal of the old surface and clearing the site are all included in the quote.
